At inHaus Investments our team has been fortunate to gain a vast amount of experience working on a variety of projects through out the years. These include  smaller residential developments to larger office block conversions and hotel developments, to name a few.

23 Hotel Apartments

Location: 66 Goodmayes Road, Ilford IG3 9UR

This site is our most recent completed addition to our emerging chain of Hotels within the Greater London borough of Redbridge, and was completed in February 2019.

The site is a brand new build, utilising what was previously storage space behind Norwich Mews (please refer to our other retained High Street project).

This development flaunts 23 spacious and sleekly designed contemporary accommodations across 3 full floors and 1 mezzanine level, complete with an ample dining area and an on-site out-house for facilities servicing.

This project was undertaken during a period of 18 months, and completed in 2019.

44 Residential Apartments

Location: 10 Pudding Lane, Maidstone, Kent ME14 1LN

Originally standing as a local council office building, this project became our one of our prized developments. We began with a full soft strip demolition, and systematically converted the site into 44 residential units to make up a sophisticated modern living art deco building.

All interiors were finished to high specification and contemporary design. Due to a highly desirable town centre location, we decided to decline numerous generous offers from external interested parties upon completion.

The site is proudly retained within our portfolio to date. 

This project was undertaken during a period of 18 months, and completed in 2016.

27 Apartments & 1 Commercial Unit

Location: 1 Riches Rd, Ilford, IG1 1JH

We consider this building to be our flag-ship site, because it bears our family name.

Amongst the 27 residences of the building are two lavishly spacious Penthouse apartments decked out to the hilt with luxury features.  All the apartments of the building were designed with sleek contemporary living in mind.

Located in the heart of Ilford town near the main shopping centre, the building’s ground floor commercial unit is very well poised for non-stop business.

This site is proudly retained within our portfolio.
